KOREA TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

This tour package has a special refund and cancellation policy. Details as below:

  • P10,000.00 per person will automatically be FORFEITED in-case of cancellation from the date of reservation to 90 days prior departure. If DENIED VISA, complete visa requirements must be submitted 90 days prior to departure.

  • 50% of the package rate per person will automatically be FORFEITED in-case of cancellation from 60-89 days prior departure. If DENIED VISA, complete visa requirements must be submitted 60 days prior to departure.

  • 100% of the package rate per person will automatically be FORFEITED in-case of cancellation from 45-59 days prior departure. If DENIED VISA, complete visa requirements must be submitted 45 days prior to departure.

  • We will NOT accept visa application requirements STRICTLY 44 DAYS & beyond before the travel date.

  • Tourist Visa Assistance & Processing FEE per person is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Failure to comply with the requirements on the given dates will automatically result to cancellation of the package.

  • Refund Policy is only applicable to Denied Visa, for all other reason it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Submission of visa applications thru travel agencies does not guarantee visa approval. The discretion still lies upon the consul and company is not liable for such decision.

  • Above special rate is valid until October 31, 2022 confirmation only.

  • Rate is valid for PHILIPPINE PASSPORT ONLY. Surcharges will be collected for non-Philippine passport holders.

  • LIMITED SLOTS ONLY. Slots are on first-come-first-serve basis.

  • There is a required number of pax to meet in order for the proposed itinerary & rates to proceed.

  • Rates quoted are valid for a minimum of 2 pax.
